spices like Cumin Seeds, Poppy Seeds and Fennel Seed, Fenugreek Seeds.
And lots of fluids including clean boiled water, fresh fruit juice, coconut water.

Hello ma’am You can eat curd no issues at all ice cream also you can eat if you want to but since if the weather is cold I would not advise you to go for it because if you catch cold by any chance your child will also get it so avoid it for sometime but could you can have but on room temperature and during the day time avoid eating during the night time
