Yes You can eat potatoes is not going to cause any harm to the child just that it is mostly said that potatoes very heavy to digest so just maintain the quantity of potato that you are eating apart from that there is no restriction on eating any fruit or vegetable for a mother who is feeding a child so go ahead with whatever you like
