Diet for a breastfeeding mother should be healthy and Maggie is not at all healthy
So you should avoid it your diet should be rich in whole grains and cereals, pulses, fruits and vegetables
But if at all u feel to satisfy the urge to eat Maggie u can have small serving of Maggie but make sure it’s suiting u and your baby

For Initially 60 days it’s not recommended to eat any outside food and after that also if you want to have Maggie you can just have like half of it or something not a full one because it is completely refined flour it can affect you in terms of constipation and your child is also going to face the same kind of an issue
