can I eat macrale fish as I have 6 months baby and I am breastfeeding mother?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 years agoA. dear mum, you can eat fish even if you are Breastfeeding your 6 months old baby. As a breastfeeding mother what you eat does not affect your baby digestion or cause gas to your baby.
