RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl1 Year agoA. Yes you can eat and prefer eating without MSG a lot of parents are not aware about it that MSG is very unhealthy for you so I would recommend if you have an option of getting it without MSG done for yourself and that’s going to be a much better choice
