can I eat banana ...? can it effect baby 7 months 8days

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. yes you can eat banana, it will not affect ur baby.. Have 4 to 5 Healthy meals. Consume more protein rich food, Include more Green vegetables , fresh fruit, oats, dry fruits
