Can I drink vital z energy drink while breastfeeding?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. yes you can drink but it is advisable to drink natural fruits as well as juice extracted from fruits and other other option would be lime water or coconut water and artificial drinks are not much preferable

Before taking any supplements or health drink, consult with your doctor for the same to know that u really need it or not.
Also there are various options ingredients in it. Can have side effects effects on ur baby.
