can i drink tea / coffee during pregnancy?

Yes you can have 2 cups of each every day as an either you have tea or coffee like 2 cups of a particular particular thing are good to have and it’s totally fine to have it after delivery also Dr if you have it in moderation then the consumption is not a problem
