can i do exercise for weight loss and reduce belly fat after mother of 8 month baby

A. yes, you can do now, You can walk daily half an hour. Do aerobic exercise, cycling, Perform resistance training, swimming. Aerobic exercise. Yoga, Suryanamaskaar, Pranayam will also help.

A. good afternoon yes if you are comfortable you can start exercising but I would recommend the beginning you should try light exercises not start directly with belly and ab exercises otherwise it will become heavy
