can I apply ice in the vaccine injected area of my son right after vaccination?Will it reduce the efficiency of the vaccine?

A. Hello, your baby boy is 3 months old and he has received a vaccinations and if you apply ice cube at injection site twice a day for three days then it’s very good for the vaccinations to gate absorbed very well
