Can I apply calamine light liquid paraffin lotion on 8months baby for red acne on baby face or some home remedy for it

Hi I would suggest do consult a doctor once if at all acne are more. Since babies are too sensitive it's always a good thing to take doctors opinion first. Do not apply anything on the baby's face without consulting a doctor. Some of the acne ones are harmless and go away on their own.. You can use Johnson's Baby Lotion for your baby .. Home remedy would be a better idea   as not sure as to how the baby would react to the cream as they skin currently would be sensitive as such
