as some medicines and its Content can affect breastmilk supply ,you should avoid self medication.
please don't take any medicine by own.
for piles ,I advise to take fiber rich diet more and more.
drink plenty of water.
sit in warm water with Epsom salt (soak bottom for 10 to 15 minutes).
avoid taking food items made up from refined flour like biscuits, toast, etc
