I am 34 weeks pregnant and I have got piles recently, can I apply himalaya pilex ointment

A. yes, you can use himalaya pilex cream Eat high fiber diet can encourage regular bowel movements. A high-fiber diet results in softer stool that are passed faster. drink adequate water.
