i am 34 weeks pregnant and facing piles problm from one month. is it normal Or something serious???

Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you
