Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 8 m old boy2 months agoA. Hello my dear parent! Certain medical combinations are not advisable while breastfeeding as they pass through the breast milk to the baby. I guess paracetamol is allowed. Better to check with your doctor once in this matter before taking such medicines.
