Can autism be cured? Can we detect at the time of pregnancy?

Hi Sometimes during pregnancy you can come to know about down syndrome but not about autism but yes it can be cured if it is not very heavy but if it is just like mild what is the more beginning of autism if you go ahead with proper homoeopathic medication for the child then I’m sure you will see good results I have seen a lot of kids feeling better after the treatment also you can read the blog that I have posted maybe you’ll get some help from that to
