as far as your child weighs enough(9 to 12 kg) , achieve age appropriate milestones , looks happy and active,no need of medicine for this.
just maintain proper gap between meal and snacks time.
give soup or few sips of water before half an hour of meal time .
it will help to boost your child metabolism.
encourage your child to do more physical activities and let him or her feel hungry
