Give Ragi , makkhana, rice, porridge adding fruits like peach, pear, apple, avcado, banana...
Give wheat Dalia adding veggies.

Yes Definitely you can add it not an issue you just have to make a nice fine powder out of it and which is what you can add to the food of your child on regular basis yes iPhones are very healthy to be introduced from the very beginning itself you can even give it with milk to your child
