if you are a covid positive patient then definitely you can breastfeed your child but by taking full precautions.
wear a mask always until you are covid positive and also use a sanitizer.
maximum avoid contact with the child and do the contact only when you are breastfeeding by sanitizing your hand and wearing a proper mask.
