can a covid positive mother feed breast milk to ababy

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy3 years agoA. hello yes she can feed the baby even if positive but taking necessary precautions.. make sure to sanitise your hand and also wear a mask while breastfeeding your baby which is then safe and incase your doctor as advised not to feed the baby then do not else not a problem
