can a 4 yr old wear blue light blocker specs without power while watching tv ? will it affect their eyes negatively ?

Yes of course you can use it there is no problem with that if it is without a number there is no issues at all but I would just like to tell you still you need to restrict the time of television or screen that you’re giving to the child sometimes is okay but mobile and laptop you should avoid and tabs also
