Q.
Can a 3 month breastfed baby become lactose intolerant? My baby poops 7 to 9 times a day and the poop is frothy. Is this normal for breastfed babies?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. for lactose intolerance you will have to cgive lactose free milk to the child. it can be either soya milk (isomil / zerolac) or milk preparations which does not contain lactose.
meet your doctor who can guide you regarding the available preparations. if the child is having dehydration you can give orsc also.
