c section ke bad body pain and headache and back pain ko thik krne ke liye kya khaye

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 1 m old girl7 months agoA. Maam back pain usually happens because of epidural for that you can apply some move or ointment and then you can do hot compress you can keep hot water bottle but the other pains are usually not associated with C-section in that case you should consult your doctor once
