ExpertCharul VermaNutritionist4 weeks agoA. hi mom once baby completes 6 months of age you can start with kitchen based feeds like rice dal water , blends, ragi rawa pech , fruit puree but cows milk or curds or paneer or nuts or eggs after baby completes 1 year of age
