but he is 5.5m old is papaya safe for him....to deal with constipation

ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist4 years agoA. when you start on solids , give . usually baby has constipation when started on solids if he is exclusively breastfed then constipation is rare.
he will pass stools eventually. do tummy time, cycling motion of legs, do burp properly.
if child becomes irritable , not feeding well , then consult your paediatrician.
formula fed babies may have constipation. so watch for consistency of stools as well.
