ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom it’s all about habit as how it is developed over the period of time . You can inculcate in some recipes such as making fruit custard or fruit jelly , popsicles also would help , milk shakes or fruit yogurt can be made .
