Q.

Breastfeeding is not sufficient for my baby (20 days old) so doctor asks to give formula milk also. how to increase breast milk naturally?

A. Consumer balance diet include more of proteins into your diet fibre into your child all kind of fruits and vegetables specially green vegetables is completely fine to be used other than that also I’m going to recommend you that you should have good amount of liquid and also also please you can take Shatavari powder it’s a very good lactation supplement to you
