both are 20 days old after giving formula milk unko burping late aate hai aur late hua to vomit ho jate hai kya kare ?

That’s common as the digestion is very poor plus they take time to digest the food and they have a very poor digestion and stomach reflux is there which is by a lot of time despite of burping well the child can vomited very frequently and immediately and later also
