blood report has taken but no infection found in her ...only hemoglodin is 7.2

U You should definitely start giving an iron supplement to the child which is essentially very important along with that give iron which force to the child take a proper diet from a nutritionist that you can follow which will help in increasing the haemoglobin levels over the period Write Your Answer Here
