ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Hello mom yeah complication se nahi hai . actually low birth weight babies ka growth thoda slow hota hai and generally yeah preterm babies hote hai . and inka over all weight gain and milestones bhi delayed hota hai
