Sowmya MMom of a 11 yr 6 m old girl2 years agoA. hello actually the colour of the baby will be changing as they grow no need to worry just try to concentrate on giving good nourishment and build this strength in the babies body you can use natural coconut oil if the castor oil suits your babies skin you can use that or else alove oil
