Neelam sharmaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. all soaps are really good but no soap will change the skin colour . skin colour comes genetically if parents or family is fair baby will get the same . just take care of the skin by feeding the baby right food and plenty of fluids and make it glowing.
