before my pregnancy i had pcod and i had hair fall in pregnancy there was no hair fall but from past one month i have huge hair fall how can i control it

need to take Healthy and nutritious diet which provides all essential nutrients for Healthy hair growth
take green veggies, fresh fruits more
apply Mahanhringraj oil daily on your hair
you can add two drops of castor oil in it.
use mixture of Amala aritha and shikakaki powder for washing your hair
