A. See this is an Ayurvedic thing you can take it as per your comfort you can take it twice in a day in the morning and in the night before you go to sleep and 1 teaspoon 1 time is going to be good enough about five okay further I would recommend if you need to continue with that please consult an Ayurvedic doctor and also for your hormones you can take an advice with your gynaecologist
