You can overcome this by having nutritional diet protein,calcium,iron rich foods - Fruits,vegetables,leafy greens,nuts ,seeds in regular diet.
Use castor oil (mix coconut oil with castor oil 1:1 ratio) ,this helps in controlling hairfall,helps in hair growth,hair follicle strength.
