A. For keeping a child healthy you should give only home-made food to the child you should avoid giving more of junk food sweet and sugary foods to your child and also try to focus upon more of fruits and vegetables you can give them some raw also vegetable specially apart from giving vegetables by cooked formation raw vegetables are also very good to be given dry fruits dairy products they are healthy and proteins
