baby tooth of my son not come out he is 9 and half years old but only front 4 upper permanent teeth come other birth teeth are same no sign of loosing teeth please guide will this situation.

A. hi back teeth start to fall by the age of 9-12 years. consult with your nearest pediatric dentist for proper clinical and radiographic examination. maintain a habit of brushing your kids teeth twice a day
