my boy is 4.4 years old his front tooth pulled out at dentist at 3.9 years old, teeth got broken while playing at school, my question is when will permanent teeth will come

A. Between the ages of about 6 and 7 years, the deciduous teeth start to exfoliate and the permanent teeth begin to come through.
