baby temperature is 98.7 in armpit. is it normal or baby have fever

When you check the temperature from armpits then it is 1° less and according to that your baby’s temperature is more than 99° then yes baby is having fever in such case you can give Calpol drops and if baby doesn’t get relief in next 24 hours then you have to consult with your Paediatrician about it
