for that also I suggest Babyhug brand as it is clinically approved.

please do the following things:
dress your child in weather appropriate clothes
give Massage to your child daily
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
avoid using soap ,and if you want to use ,I suggest Babyhug brand soap as it contains milk protine.
but please don't give bath for more than 10 minutes.
maintain good hygiene.
