ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. any baby cream. see when there are skin lesions you cant comment online. best approach will be to show to to a near by doctor who can give opinion n treat. aloe vera gel or olive oil massage aid in getting rud of these marks. however it will take few years in to go ok

it might happen because of cradle cap.
so ,to soothe the itching ,it is best to apply pure coconut oil on your child head.
use gentle baby friendly shampoo like Babyhug shampoo for washing your child hair.
