My son 22months fell down and got small scratches in his knee suggest some ointment

A. As of now you can clean it with any anti septic liquid and then you can apply any anti septic cream like Boroline boro plus Betadine if you want to all the things are completely safe to be use even you can apply Desi ghee coconut oil whatever is available to you as of now if it is not a major wound
