RashmiMom of a 11 yr 1 m old girl3 years agoA. Its Nothing like that the body temperature rise any time in the day it is not necessary that it is going to be night only but if it is more than 99°F then it is only going to be fever otherwise if it is below 99°F then it is a normal body
