To You start doing exercising of your own choice it could be brisk walk running jogging Pilates Zumba aerobics yoga what ever you really enjoy doing and what ever you can fix into your schedule go for that and if it is too much of a wait then you can try intermittent fasting or you can consult a dietician for a diet
