rice 1cup
red gram 1/2cup (nassor /yerra kandi poppu)
green gram 1/2cup(moong dal)
urad dall 1/4cup
jeera 1tbs
lovage 1tbs
almonds 5
pista. 6 or 7
caschew 6or 7
walnuts 6
peanuts 1/4cup
wash and drain on cloth for some time after that fry all ingredients ,,grind in mixer, not in fine powder, u can store in any container and cook your baby ,how quantity they eat ,add little bit of ghee while cooking

Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
