Baby is having red patches behind knees and elbows. Have been applying Vaseline but it's not getting reduced. Looking for suggestions.Attaching picture for reference (that's Vaseline applied)

A. good morning the picture cannot be seen please post the question with the picture alone in the meantime I would recommend you to apply coconut oil mixed with a few drops of glycerine instead of Vaseline
