baby is having 103 fever cold and cough also what should I do

Hi mom, Give the baby calpol drops(0.9ml)4 times,try to feed her as much as possible,also for cold n cough I’ve given my daughter delcon drops(0.3ml) nd broozit(0.3ml) I’ve given her after waiting for 3 weeks wait for a while don’t give any medication for cough n cold take time.for fever give calpol
