baby is 7 month old and his front 4-4 teeth are appeared, is this normal?.

yes it's totally normal.
maintain proper oral hygiene of the erupted teeth by brushing twice daily with silicone finger toothbrush and any Kid's toothpaste like colgate natural in rice grain size amount.
