baby is 4months old she is having spitups and vomiting she is on formula feed kindly suggest us

A. Hello ma’am In the vomiting issue is continues then I would advise you to reduce down the amount of feed that you are providing to your child by 30 ML Then see if there is a difference make sure your child takes a proper burp after every feed and the second feed should only be given to the child as and when your child demands for it and then see if the problem is solved
