A. Give whole cow's milk and milk products like ghee in small amounts, curd, cheese and paneer. Give peanut butter. Give fruit milkshakes and fruit smoothies and add dry fruits powder to them. Give bananas, avocados, pears, papaya, watermelon, apples, berries, mangoes etc. Give all seasonal vegetables especially green leafy. Give ragi and brown rice. Give lentils like moong Dal, masoor Dal and urad Dal. Give plain nuts to eat like walnuts, cashew nuts, almonds, peanuts and raisins.
